Warranty

Beacon Helmet ® warrants the original purchaser of this product that the product is free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year in most cases from the original date of purchase. (The length of warranty may vary subject to laws and regulations of different jurisdictions. ) This warranty does not apply to defects of physical damage resulting from neglect, abuse, improper repair, use, or fit, alterations, or any use unintended by the manufacturer. Beacon Helmet ® does not warranty any helmet damaged due to heat or contact with solvents, nor does it accept any liability for injuries or other damages resulting from use of the helmet. This warranty is in lieu of all other agreements and warranties, general or special, express or implied and no representative or person is authorized to assume liability on behalf of Beacon Helmet ® in connection with the sale or use of this product. This warranty program covers all parts of your Beacon Helmet ® product and applies to all types of defects or failure, except for loss. If your Beacon Helmet ® is found to be defective in materials or workmanship within the time of time warranty from the date of purchase, Beacon Helmet ® or the country distributor will at its sole option either repair or replace the helmet free of charge. Our company reserves the rights to modification and explanation for above terms and conditions.

OUR CONTRACT

Your order is an offer to us to buy the product(s) in your order. When you place an order to purchase a product, we will normally send you a message confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order.The Order Confirmation is acknowledgement that we have received your order, and does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) or the services ordered. We only accept your offer, and conclude the contract of sale for a product ordered by you, when we dispatch the product to you. Without affecting your right of cancellation, you can cancel your order for a product before we Dispatch that product. This right to cancel does not apply to certain categories of products and services.

You consent to receive sales invoices electronically.

 

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION, EXCEPTIONS TO CANCELLATION AND OUR VOLUNTARY RETURNS GUARANTEE

STATUTORY RIGHT

Unless one of the exceptions applies, you can cancel your order within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) receives the goods purchased or from the day of the conclusion of the contract. You must inform us of your decision to cancel your order. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the 14 days’ cancellation period has expired and return the item. You may be asked to cover the shipping cost of returning.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

CUSTOMS

If you want us to deliver your order to a foreign country, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you as we have no control over these charges.
